How does the method work in individual sessions?
A process has a defined aim. The strategy of a process is adapted to the respective sensitivities, which can change quickly from session to session. The learning ability is different for each client and can be further developed.
One learns to live with different concerns, especially with intensive and painful experiences.
Recovery in this context describes another possibility for an individual process focusing on physical pain or a misleading bodily sensation.
These include chronic symptoms, such as pain or dysfunction, but also acute injuries. You will learn to end what is in the way of recovery and physical well-being. In this process, attention is carefully trained, intensified, and focused with touch and movement.
A person is in actual reality when he or she is able to realize what is happening in a situation: with mental clarity and allowing the feelings that are addressed by it. That way, the person can act responsibly, in a manner appropriate to the situation at the same time meeting his or her own needs.
